First Steps of West Central Indiana, Cluster F, serves children and families in Clay, Daviess, Greene, Knox, Martin, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion & Vigo Counties.  Together we serve over 1/10 of Indiana's Children and Families. We are a strong and powerful voice for Indiana's children!
