Here is a list of phone numbers for Covansys. Please remember that Covansys is NOT sending out reminder letters about re-credentialing dates. Check your last notification letter to determine you correct recredentialing date and submit your packet at least 4 weeks in advance of that date. Failure to comply with this procedure may result in dis-enrollment from First Steps.
